Overview

This website is operated by Tila Flower Boutique ("Tila Flower", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

Products

Every arrangement is hand-crafted, so no two are exactly alike. Photos are representative of the style, size and colour palette, but blooms, colours and containers may vary based on seasonal availability. We may substitute items with ones of equal or greater value.

Cakes

Cakes are made to order and require at least 48 hours' notice. When a cake is added to an arrangement, its floral decoration is designed to complement the colours and flowers of that arrangement. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Orders & Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including the delivery date, the recipient's name, address and phone number, and any card message. Card messages are reproduced as written.

Wedding & Custom Orders

Wedding, event and custom orders are confirmed through an individual proposal. Any deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms in that proposal apply in addition to these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photos, designs, logos and text, belongs to Tila Flower Boutique and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tila Flower is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
